I’ve been telling myself for about five years that I must start doing strength training – at the very least during the off-season.
On Friday I HTFU’d and did just that:
Bicep curls (machine)
Tricep extensions (machine)
Shoulder press (machine)
Inclined shoulder press (machine)
Squats (free weights)
Cleans (free weights)
Seated Cable Row (machine)
Lat Pull-Downs (machine)
Saturday I couldn’t move… exactly the reason why I was afraid to start doing this!
I’ll suck it up, recover and make it a regular thing.
